Hi Kevin,
I've put new visad.jar and visad_src-2.0.jar files at:
ftp://ftp.ssec.wisc.edu/pub/visad-2.0/untested/
with the VisADForm.readData() method declared public.
Please let me know if this does not solve your problem.
