Hi Harry, re: > Has there been an increase in the data volume of the IDD over the past > month or two? I am especially interested in the CONDUIT volume. The easiest way to get a feeling for IDD data volumes is to look at the Summary Statistics by Host for one of the toplevel IDD relay nodes like uni[124].unidata.ucar.edu: Real Time IDD Statistics http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/idd/rtstats/ Summary Statistics by Host http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/idd/rtstats/sitesummaryindex.php uni1.unidata.ucar.edu [summary] http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/idd/rtstats/sitesummaryindex.php?uni1.unidata.ucar.edu A 'weekly volume' sequence for CONDUIT does not show much if any change in data volumes: CONDUIT http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/cgi-bin/rtstats/iddstats_vol_nc1?CONDUIT+uni1.unidata.ucar.edu+-b%20604800 The Cumulative Volume Summary Graph does, however, show temporal trends in total volume: http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/cgi-bin/rtstats/rtstats_summary_volume1?uni1.unidata.ucar.edu+GRAPH NB: The last graph takes a long time to plot (it may timeout). The most variable stream in terms of volume is NEXRAD2 followed by NNEXRAD and NGRID.
