f5.aos.wisc.edu is once again up

All,
f5.aos.wisc.edu is up again, has been stable for 6 hours. I think
I found the problem - dcgrib log was > 2 Gb and dcgrib started
dumping copious core files, filling up a disk and I'm guessing
using up my process space. New dcgrib log file and I think
we're good to go.
Anyways, I think it's safe to probably switch back to f5 now if
people want to.
Special thanks to Gerry Creager at TAMU for providing an alternate
to folks and even feeding my own downstream machines!
