Use the ps(1) utility to determine the process-IDs (PIDs) of the pqact(1) 
processes:

    pids=`ps -ef | grep pqact | grep -v grep | awk '{print $2}'`

Then, for each PID, use the ps(1) utility to list the processes that have a 
pqact(1) process as their parent:

    for pid in $pids; do ps -ef | awk '$3=='$pid
