[LDM #GJS-316993]: Issue Ingesting NationalBlend Data on AWS Cloud Instance

One thing I maybe missing is that I don't actually see a pqact entry that is 
uncommented in the ldmd.conf file you attached.  Both the pqact EXEC and 
edexBridge EXECs are commented out.
