Hi Robert,

No, the announcement said that you need to be running 5.1.2, not 5.1.3.  We just
made a "small" distribution of 5.1.3, containing mostly changes for ingest
sites.  Thus, for 5.1.3 we made a source distribution and only one binary
distribution for the top level IDD sites that are all running sunos-5.7 x86.  We
have no plans to make other binary distributions of this version.

So, you can get the binary version of 5.1.2 or you can get the source version of
5.1.3.  If you're comfortable installing from source, I'd recommend the latest
version.  But 5.1.2 will serve just fine.
