Maybe it's not as prominent as it should be, but it's there in RELEASE_NOTES:
                
                Fixed alignment bug only seen on SGI 32-bit platforms,
                which would cause a bus error when pqcreate was
                invoked with some queue sizes.  This also changes the
                product queue version, so requires remaking the queue.
