The DataONE 2016 Summer Internship program is now open for applications by undergraduate students, graduate students, and postgraduates who have received their masters or doctorate within the past five years. There are five projects and up to four will be funded:
- Exploring the Impact of DataONE: Data Publication and Access Metrics
- Semantic Entity Extraction and Linking for Annotation and Ontology Evolution
- Developing a Survey Instrument for Evaluation of Teaching Materials
- Emerging Research Communities: Fulfilling the Potential of Open Access Earth Science Data
- Reproducibility of Script-Based Workflows: A Case Study and Demonstration
The application deadline is March 14, 2016.
