No directory named either
/awips2/edex/data/utility/edex_static/base/grib or
/awips2/edex/data/utility/edex_static/base/grid were created when I
installed edex. The EDEX user manual at
http://unidata.github.io/awips2/edex/new-grid/ has the directory named
both of these, and I'm sure one is a typo.
