I believe WMSCR has a dedicated list of users they provide US ASOS/AWOS
etc. Airlines what have you. But it's for domestic US purposes. The NWSTG
gets that info as well. But then creates new bulletins and distros those to
the world under SAUS21-25 KWBC. 21 is Eastern, 22 is Central, 23 is
Souther, 24 is the West, and 25 is Alaska and the Pacific. These are a
limited data set of US METAR (Only 4 letter Idents) getting routed to the
world. These are locations with a TAF. That's how in theory it's supposed
to work.
