Interesting. This is the ONLY such line in the last 3 hours (involving
idd.unidata.ucar.edu). Iit's requesting something an hour back but I guess
that's the default offset?

Verify that start-time ("20101026191849.650" in the above) is not in the
future relative to the log-entry timestamp ("Oct 26 14:18:49" in the above) .
