As G (Gilberg Sebenste) pointed out earlier, we have been assailed by
NOAAPort Retransmits again
Here I have provided a chart highlighting the current barrage, which as
indicated began somewhere around 18:19Z today.

We never heard back about who, or what may have been the cause the last
few times, but it seemed prudent to ensure that all appropriate
personnel were notified
Perhaps aliens are watching Netflix through the Dish again?
