MSG visualization

Hi,

I'm working with MSG data in NetCDF format and I need to visualize MSG
multispectral data using the RGB technique.
My question is: does anyone know any visualization tools to achieve it,
and if yes which one.
Another question: does anyone know any graphical library that I can use
with a fortran code to achieve it?
