Hi,
I dont know which type of change you need to apply on your netcdf files but,
maybe, you could take a look at the NCO (netCDF Operator):
http://nco.sourceforge.net/
It provides a wide set of operator: The arithmetic processor could be
helpful for your needs. (I admit I didn't never used it, therefore I can't
help you more ...)
Some documentation is available here: http://nco.sourceforge.net/nco.pdf
Surely, someone in this mailing list will provide you more helpful tips to
achieve your task.
Regards,
Daniele
