Hi Rich,
NetCDF-Java 4.5.3 was released on Sep 12, not THREDDS 4.5.3. There
shouldn't be "4.5.3" OR "4.5.4" directories on the FTP site, and "current"
should point to "4.5.2". We'll get that sorted out.
