Hi TAN TOH FEI,
This looks like a problem with the socket implementation
on your Windows 95 system. Perhaps someone who knows
sockets better than I can comment.
You can find socket_applet.html in visad.browser. If you
want to run under appletviewer, use viewer_applet.html
instead.
