[netCDF #MSU-945705]: netCDF 4.7.3 nc:test

Hello,

Can you please describe the failure and perhaps provide the config.log and 
test-suite.log files, as well as any other relevant descriptive information so 
that we might begin trying to figure out what would have caused a failure?
