I've fixed derived parameters in both the Mac and Windows clients for the
upcoming 17.1.1 release, to use client-side Python including jep to render
winds.
Surface obs / wind plots using SVG are still not supported on Mac due to
how the OpenGL bindings handle SVG imagery.
Stay tuned for the next release this week or next. I'm trying to get all
platform clients and the linux server ready for release at the same time
rather than release them one by one.
