The Department of Physics and Astronomy at the College of Charleston (a nationally-recognized, public liberal arts and sciences university) invites applications for a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor position in Atmospheric Physics, beginning fall 2012. The successful candidate must have a commitment to excellence in teaching undergraduate physics or astronomy in addition to atmospheric sciences. Additionally, the successful candidate is expected to develop and sustain a research program that involves undergraduate students.
